Patch Test
Service Description
A skin patch test is used to detect possible allergies to any substances used during your brow or lash treatment when it comes into contact with your skin. The test delivers a small amount of product to your body. It allows you to monitor and check the area for any signs of a reaction. You’ll be able to identify an allergy before you’re fully exposed to the products. Unfortunately, there are no guarantees to any patch test. Our bodies can develop an allergy to any ingredient at any time, regardless of previous exposure. However, that doesn’t make the test any less important. Patch Testing is for your safety and convenience.
Cancellation Policy
Securing Your Appointment A valid credit card is required to complete your booking. All appointments are reserved exclusively for you to ensure a focused, unhurried experience. A $10/$25/$50 + HST non-refundable deposit is required for all services and will be applied toward your total. The remaining balance is due at your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With proper notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment time on one occasion. Any further changes will require a new deposit. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will also result in a forfeited deposit and will require a new deposit to rebook. Please ensure your availability prior to booking to avoid any inconvenience. Late Arrivals If you are running late, please contact us. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may need to be cancelled
