Cancellation Policy
Securing Your Appointment A valid credit card is required to complete your booking. All appointments are reserved exclusively for you to ensure a focused, unhurried experience. A $10/$25/$50 + HST non-refundable deposit is required for all services and will be applied toward your total. The remaining balance is due at your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With proper notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment time on one occasion. Any further changes will require a new deposit. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will also result in a forfeited deposit and will require a new deposit to rebook. Please ensure your availability prior to booking to avoid any inconvenience.
