Service Description

Before receiving IV wellness therapy, all clients are required to complete an initial consultation to help ensure treatment is safe, appropriate, and personalized to their needs. During your consultation, we will review: Your health history Current medications and supplements Wellness goals and concerns Previous vitamin injections or IV treatments Any possible contraindications or safety considerations This consultation helps us determine whether IV therapy is suitable for you and which formulation may best support your individual wellness goals. Some clients may require additional assessment or consultation with our Nurse Practitioner prior to treatment. Our IV wellness drips are designed to support: Hydration Energy + recovery Micronutrient support Overall wellness Stress and fatigue support Treatments are provided under medical directives authorized by our Nurse Practitioner and are intended for general wellness support only. At Alternative Beauty Artistry, our approach is focused on education, safety, transparency, and personalized care to help you feel comfortable and informed every step of the way.

Cancellation Policy

Securing Your Appointment A valid credit card is required to complete your booking. All appointments are reserved exclusively for you to ensure a focused, unhurried experience. A $10/$25/$50 + HST non-refundable deposit is required for all services and will be applied toward your total. The remaining balance is due at your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With proper notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment time on one occasion. Any further changes will require a new deposit. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will also result in a forfeited deposit and will require a new deposit to rebook. Please ensure your availability prior to booking to avoid any inconvenience. Late Arrivals If you are running late, please contact us. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may need to be cancelled
