Service Description

Your consultation is the foundation of every treatment at Alternative Beauty Artistry—designed to create results that feel effortless, balanced, and uniquely yours. During this in-person experience, we take the time to understand your goals, review your health history, and thoughtfully curate a treatment plan tailored to you. Each recommendation is made with intention, focusing on enhancing your natural features while maintaining harmony and integrity. This is your space to ask questions, feel supported, and move forward with clarity and confidence. Where appropriate, preparatory skincare or wellness guidance may be recommended to ensure your results are achieved safely and beautifully. Treatment is not included in this appointment. If you would like to receive treatment the same day, please select both your consultation and desired service when booking. Every service begins with a consultation to ensure your plan is fully customized. Deposit Policy A $50 deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your treatment total. If you decide not to proceed, the deposit will be retained as a consultation fee in consideration of the time reserved and professional assessment provided. All consultation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.


Cancellation Policy

DEPOSITS Please note that ALL deposits for ALL services are NON-REFUNDABLE. By booking and paying your deposit you are acknowledging and consenting that fact. LATE ARRIVALS Please contact us if you are going to be running late. We can be reached at 905-391-7029. However, we value and respect each and every client we serve. In order to ensure the smooth flow of our scheduled appointments we will have to cancel your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment will be cancelled. If you wish to reschedule please note a new deposit will be required. No shows will automatically result in a forfeited deposit. If you wish to reschedule please note a new deposit will be required. RESCHEDULING If you are feeling unwell due to symptoms related to Covid - 19 you must contact us prior to your appointment. All services are non- refundable. We do not begin the procedure until both Client and PMU Artist are satisfied with your tailored brows. Rescheduled appointments must be confirmed no less than 48 hours( 2 days) prior to your booked appointment. Failure to reschedule within 48 hours will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Rescheduling of any appointment is permitted one time only. To avoid any disappointment please double check your calendar prior to booking your appointment. CANCELLATIONS Because agreeing to any one of our PMU procedures is a very serious decision and also due to our high in demand services we'd like you to be aware of our cancellation policy below. All scheduled appointments must first be secured with a non-refundable deposit applied to the cost of your full service. You may reschedule your appointment with a 48 hours advanced notice to the next available appointment date. Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled service will need to be rescheduled and an additional appointment deposit will be required upon the time of scheduling your next service. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment.
