Cancellation Policy
Securing Your Appointment A valid credit card is required to complete your booking. All appointments are reserved exclusively for you to ensure a focused, unhurried experience. A $50 + HST non-refundable deposit is required for all services and will be applied toward your total. The remaining balance is due at your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With proper notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment time on one occasion. Any further changes will require a new deposit. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will also result in a forfeited deposit and will require a new deposit to rebook. Please ensure your availability prior to booking to avoid any inconvenience. Late Arrivals If you are running late, please contact us. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may need to be cancelled
