Complimentary Virtual Consultation Our complimentary virtual consultation is designed to discuss your aesthetic goals, review your medical history, and determine whether treatment may be appropriate before your in-person appointment. Before Your Appointment To ensure the best possible consultation, please have the following ready: * WhatsApp installed on your smartphone or device (required) * A reliable internet connection * A quiet, private space free from distractions * Bright lighting facing your face (natural light is ideal). Avoid sitting with a window or bright light behind you. * Your camera positioned at eye level with your full face clearly visible * A valid government-issued photo ID available for identity verification, if required * A list of your current medications, allergies, medical conditions, and any previous cosmetic treatments * Any questions or photos you’d like to discuss During your consultation, we’ll review your concerns, discuss potential treatment options, expected outcomes, possible risks, aftercare, and answer any questions you may have. Please note: A virtual consultation does not guarantee treatment. Treatment recommendations and eligibility will be confirmed during your in-person assessment, where a physical examination and informed consent process will be completed before any treatment is provided. Deposit Policy If you decide to proceed with treatment, a $50 booking deposit will be required to reserve your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the cost of your treatment and is required before your treatment appointment can be confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
Securing Your Appointment A valid credit card is required to complete your booking. All appointments are reserved exclusively for you to ensure a focused, unhurried experience. A $10/$25/$50 + HST non-refundable deposit is required for all services and will be applied toward your total. The remaining balance is due at your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With proper notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment time on one occasion. Any further changes will require a new deposit. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will also result in a forfeited deposit and will require a new deposit to rebook. Please ensure your availability prior to booking to avoid any inconvenience. Late Arrivals If you are running late, please contact us. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may need to be cancelled
